"A municipal Council must review its Integrated Development Plan annually in accordance with an assessment of its performance measurements and to the extent that changing circumstances so demand as well as it may amend its Integrated Development Plan in accordance with the prescribed process."
Emalahleni Local Municipality therefore review its Integrated Development Plan 2005/2006 to comply with the latter.
