    The HIV prevalence rate has moved from 36,1% to 40,6% here at eMalahleni. We are participating in the Local Drug Action Committee.
  • Transversal services

    We launched the Moral Regeneration Movement (MRM) which deals with the moral issues at eMalahleni.

Operation Hlasela commenced on 04 May 2015 and will continue indefinitely. Operation Hlasela is aimed at ensuring that all residents abide by the By – Laws and policies of the Municipality as well as applicable legislation. The period of office of members will be five years calculated from the date of appointment of such members by the Emalahleni Municipality.
