The stakeholders allowed themselves to open up about how young people would benefit from their organisations through development programmes such as bursaries; internships and learnerships.

The learners were divided into two groups (group A and B).  Group A  being the first to participate was motivated by the ladies from the Soul City Institute who emphasized the importance of good behavior; staying focused in school and achieving good marks in order to qualify for opportunities offered by the stakeholders/organisations. This initiative hopes to have broadened the minds of the learners regarding their future through exposing them to the careers the can venture into.
