WORKSHOP FOR ONLINE PROCUREMENT SYSTEM

Emalahleni Local Municipality has introduced an online system which is aimed at promoting fairness, equitability, transparency, competitiveness and cost effectiveness; and furthermore reduce any human interaction and errors. It is the role of the municipality to facilitate and educate users and/or suppliers of electronic medium which are aimed at supporting and simplifying the procurement process by enforcing increased transaction speed, improved transparency and improved collaboration, analysis and decision-making through a centralized data management system.
 
Therefore all prospective suppliers within the eMalahleni jurisdiction are invited to register their company names in order to attend the workshop for the online procurement system that will be held on the 15th and 16th September 2020 at 10:00 a.m., Emalahleni Local Municipality, Civic Centre Hall. Registrations will be as from the 7th to the 10th September 2020, and forms can be collected at the security desk, ground floor or downloaded from www.emalahleni.gov.za under the tenders tab.
 
NB: The space will only be limited to 50 people per session in line with the Covid-19 Command Council Rules.
