We therefore urge customers to load any prepaid tokens currently in their possession before loading key change, as they will not be able to use them after we converted to new edition.
After the conversion on your first purchase, you will receive 3 token numbers if you purchase at Municipal offices, you have to load all 3 token in sequence on your prepaid keypad as you normally load your units in order for it to convert successfully.
