Emalahleni Local Municipality hereby invites all interested and affected parties to view and comment on the Draft Municipal Management and Control of Informal Settlements and Land Invasion By-Law.
The Document is available for comments for a period of 21 days from Thursday 26 January 2024 at the Emalahleni Municipal Offices, 3rd Floor, Human Settlements Section, or can be downloaded from the Municipal website at www.emalahleni.gov.za.
Comments must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager at the Emalahleni Local Municipalities Offices or via email at lenkabz@emalahleni.gov.za no later than Friday 16 March 2024. Inputs will subsequently be incorporated into the Final Draft for approval by the Emalahleni Local Council.
