Furthermore, in accordance with the terms of Section 129 (1) and 130(1) of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, the Municipality invites members of the public and all interested parties to the Council meeting wherein the Chairperson of the Municipal Public Accounts Committee, having considered the Annual Report of 2023/24 financial year as well as representations made on the report will be presenting an Oversight Report on the submitted Annual Report of the 2024/25 financial year.
