Emalahleni Local Municipality hereby invites all interested and affected parties to
view and comment on the reviewed Municipal Housing Sector Plan.
The document is available for comments for a period of 21 days from 16 May 2025
at the Emalahleni Municipal Offices, 3 rd Floor, Human Settlements Section, or the
Witbank News, or can be downloaded from the Municipal website at www.emalahleni.gov.za.
Comments must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager at Emalahleni
Local Municipality’s Offices, or via email at nxumalonm@emalahleni.gov.za no later
than 13 June 2025.
Inputs will subsequently be incorporated into the Final Reviewed Plan for approval by the Emalahleni Local Council.
