In terms of LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL SYSTEMS ACT, 2000 (ACT NO 32 OF 2000) STANDARD DRAFT BY-LAW FOR TOWNSHIP ECONOMIES
Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs hereby, in terms of section 14(1) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No 32 of 2000), and after complying with the procedural requirements in this section, make the Standard Draft By-Law for Township Economies, in the Schedule.
Council has approved the By Law on Spaza/Tuck Shops and therefore it can be viewed or downloaded on the Municipal website for public viewing.
