NOTICE :: ILLEGAL SALE OF MUNICIPAL LAND, UNLAWFUL OCCUPATION OF MUNICIPAL LAND AND UNLAWFUL SALE/PURCHASE OF GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED (RDP) HOUSES

This notice serves to caution the Public against the unlawful occupation of public Land (Land Invasion); the illegal sale of public land; and the illegal sale of government subsidized houses (RDP) houses. The Municipality deem such acts to be a criminal offence in terms of the Municipal Management and Control of Informal Settlements and Land Invasion By-Law; and therefore, maintains zero tolerance towards any such illegal activities.
