Reason for the interruption
In addition to the challenge of the damaged cable caused by a TLB at Kierpersol, which has affected the Kierpersol and Doornpoort line, another fault has been discovered between Mopanie and Grobler substation.
Status update
- Repairs are underway for the damaged cable between the Kierpersol and Doornpoort line.
- Testing is in progress for the fault between Mopanie and Grobler substation.
Estimated restoration time: not available at present.
