Both by laws seeks to improve on Waste management governance and improve air quality management respectively. The draft by laws are informed by National Environmental Management Act 107 off 1998, as amended. Â Residents and businesses within Emalahleni Local Municipality are encouraged to participate during the above-mentioned public meetings.
