Notice is hereby provided for ease of reference to the new online services offered by the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Section of the Municipality. The notice is intended to provide a view of the applications that will be processed by the Municipality on the e-PGLUM platform including Land Development and Outdoor Advertising applications.
This notice is prepared in term of Section 16 and Section 21 of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) in terms of the encouraging community participation in development matters of the Municipality. The applications noted here are regulated in terms of the Emalahleni Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2016 and the Emalahleni Outdoor Advertising Standards By-law, 2025.
