DRAFT INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN/ BUDGET AND PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 2027/2028 PROCESS PLAN
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 28(2) of the Municipal Systems Act (2000) that the draft Integrated Development Plan/Budget and Performance Management System 2027/2028 process plan for eMalahleni Local Municipality will be available for public comment as from Friday, 03 July 2026 to Friday, 24 July 2026.It will be available for perusal at the following points during office hours;

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 28(2) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelselswet (2000), Wet 32 van 2000, soos gewysig, dat die voorgestelde plan vir die Konsep Geintegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan (GOP), die Begroting, en Prestasiebestuursplan vir die 2027/2028 Finansiële Jaar ter insae sal wees vanaf Vrydag 3 Julie 2026 tot Vrydag 24 Julie 2026 by die volgende lokale:
