Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 152, subsection (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), read in conjunction with Section 17(2) and Section 21 of the Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000 that the Council has adopted the Draft Investment and Promotion Strategy in an Ordinary Council Meeting held on Thursday, 25 June 2026, in the Council Chamber, eMalahleni Local Municipality.

The Municipality invites all stakeholders, interested and affected parties to submit written comments on the eMalahleni Local Municipality Draft Investment and Promotion strategy within 21 days of the date of this advertisement.
